Day 14 Sunday May 20

Well although very rainy, we decided to risk the Hudson River boatride. It did clear up for about 10 minutes. Got on the Rip Van Winkle in Kingston, NY for a great 2-hour ride down to Hyde Park and back. Many, many leisure craft and beautiful old mansions and a couple of monasteries along the way. There is a series of lighthouses along the Hudson so also fun to see. The one at Kingston Harbor is in the picture. It was one of the largest ports along the Hudson. Spent some time in the small museum. Interesting stuff. Started out today with a quick trip to the Woodstock Chime Factory annual sale that the girl at the rv park told us about.
Jack says we poked our toes in the Poconos although we were in the Catskills.
Again rainy on our way back. The GPS lead through this back way to the bridge and guess what we saw? A camel farm - really! Also saw a heard of sheep and don't know when was the last time that happened.
