Day 47 Friday June 22

We have moved on. So long Halifax. On our way to Cape Breton. Stopped in Pictou at a Grohmann knife factory that specializes in knifes for hunters, etc. Picture is the original Grohmann's final project to become an official knife maker. Pictou is on the northeast side of Nova Scotia and the scenery is much more mountainous and foresty. Again road construction and a terrible thunderstorm. Stopped in Antigonish ( an ti go nish) accent on go and nish as in dish. It is the heart of Scottish country so hope to check it out tomorrow. Nice rv park in the town just a block to Main St. But the camp is full of big puddles from the storm so I had to roll up my pants and kind of slosh around just to hook up. If the bad weather continues we will stay another day. Scenery is the point of Cape Breton so no point in going if you can't see anything.
